Terms & Conditions

Once you have shopped the Ernie's Tool & Specialty Co. site and have completed the check-out process, you will be informed on the progress of your order and will be sent emails confirming the following processes:

  1. Order Acknowledgement
    After your order has been received you will get an email that acknowledged you have placed an order with
  2. Order Confirmed
    Once your order has been acknowledged, and it is confirmed in our inventory system that the item that you ordered is in-stock, you will receive an email that confirms that we can place your order.
  3. Order in Progress
    Once your order has been confirmed it will then be packaged and sent to our shipping department. You will get an email letting you know that your product has successfully made it to be shipped.
  4. Order Shipped
    The day that your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information of the package and its expected arrival date.  You can check that status of your package at anytime on within your account on

Note: If you do not receive these emails confirming that your order has successfully made it to be shipped, one of our sales representatives will contact you and let you know what issues we are having. Chances are that the product you have ordered is not in-stock. If this is the issue, we will make sure that you are first in line to receive this product once we have it in our inventory system again. After You Have Received Your Order

After you have received your order you have 30 days to return the item if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Please Note: After 30 days, purchases made from Ernie's Tool & Specialty Co. are no longer covered by our Return Policy.
